The circuit boards are 100% checked at all stages by SPI, AOI type 3D machine or by visual inspection. Circuit boards will also take randomly sample to check before shipment. The strict control of the quality inspection process to ensure that the circuit boards delivered to customers are all OK boards.
During the production process, checking at every stage, the inspection records are carefully saved to easy traceability, production lot number when required.
Currently, we are also applying the quality management system, environment ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015.
